The General Terms and Conditions of Contract govern the distance selling relationship between HERRERA ELIQUID S.L. and the user or client, in accordance with legal provisions, especially Law 7/1998, of April 13, on General Contracting Conditions, Law 3/2014, of March 27, amending the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data, Law 7/1996, of January 15, on Retail Trade Regulation, and Law 34/2002 of July 11, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce.
HERRERA ELIQUID S.L. reserves the right to make any modifications it deems appropriate, without prior notice, to the General Terms and Conditions. These modifications may be made through its websites, by any means legally acceptable, and will be binding during the time they are published on the website and until validly modified by subsequent ones. However, HERRERA ELIQUID S.L. reserves the right to apply, in certain cases, Special Contracting Conditions preferentially over these General Terms and Conditions when it deems it appropriate, announcing them in a timely manner.
The purpose of the website is the SALE OF LIQUIDS FOR ELECTRONIC CIGARETTES. The duration of the contract will be linked to the delivery of the product without prejudice to the right of withdrawal. As a user or client, you expressly declare that you know, understand, and accept the terms of use and these general terms and conditions of contract. Prices
All products indicate the sale price in Euros and include Value Added Tax (VAT) for those users with a final customer profile. If any other tax were applicable, it would be indicated.
Delivery and shipping costs
HERRERA ELIQUID S.L. only ships to MAINLAND SPAIN AND THE BALEARIC ISLANDS. Shipping costs are clearly specified before finalizing the purchase process and are based on the weight of the shipment.
Payment methods and order execution

In such a case, the corresponding debit and refund entries in the supplier's and cardholder's accounts will be made as soon as possible. However, if the purchase had indeed been made by the cardholder and the demand for a refund was not a consequence of having exercised the right of withdrawal or resolution and, therefore, had improperly demanded the cancellation of the corresponding charge, the cardholder will be obliged to compensate JAVIER CONTRASTA for the damages and losses caused as a result of said cancellation.
Bank Transfer
By selecting bank transfer, you will receive, along with the confirmation of your order, an email with the banking details of JAVIER CONTRASTA. It is very important that when making the transfer, you indicate the order number in the subject line, as well as your name and surname, and make the transfer within 3 days after the date of order confirmation to validate it. If you wish, you can send us the proof of the transfer by email to info@herreraeliquid.com. But in any case, the order will not be considered effective until our administration department has confirmation of the transfer from the bank. We remind you that the payment must be made in EUROS and that any exchange and bank commissions are your responsibility.

Although HERRERA ELIQUID S.L. updates the stock periodically, the product requested by the customer may be sold out at that time. In case of non-execution due to unavailability, HERRERA ELIQUID S.L., at the time it becomes aware of this situation, will notify the customer by email. The period of this communication will not exceed in any case the maximum period of 30 days. HERRERA ELIQUID S.L. may offer the double option of: supplying the customer without increasing the price, a product of similar characteristics or of superior quality, or unless justified and demonstrable reasons by HERRERA ELIQUID S.L. within this same period, refund the sums paid for the canceled order. In the event that HERRERA ELIQUID S.L. does not make this refund within the indicated period, the buyer may claim that double the amount owed be paid to them, without prejudice to their right to be compensated.
Right of withdrawal, returns, and claims
All items offered in this store are products of personal use and perishable, therefore, in accordance with article 103 of Law 3/2014, of March 27, which amends the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, the supplies of services or goods made according to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized, or that, by their nature, cannot be returned or may deteriorate or expire quickly, are exempt from withdrawal.
Return of defective product
In the event that the product is not in good condition and the reasons attributable to this are not the result of the customer, they will have the right to return the product, informing HERRERA ELIQUID S.L. of the reason for the return through any of the means provided in these contracting conditions, and at no cost to the customer. This return due to a defect or poor condition of the product will not be considered a right of withdrawal. HERRERA ELIQUID S.L. undertakes to bear the cost of the return and to replace the product with a new one in accordance with the conditions accepted at the time of sale. Jurisdiction
Likewise, HERRERA ELIQUID S.L. reserves the right to file civil or criminal actions it deems appropriate for the improper use of its website and content or for breach of these conditions. The relationship between the user and the provider will be governed by current regulations and applicable in the Spanish territory. Should any dispute arise, the parties may submit their conflicts to arbitration or resort to ordinary jurisdiction, complying with the rules on jurisdiction and competence in this regard.
